    Hi,
    Im trying to change my email address but dont have access to my old email because bt have deleted the account. Obviously I cant contact support via email because i cant access my account. Is there any way of changing this other than a ticket with support?

    Even a ticket to support will not help with the issue. I fought for 3 months trying to change my email address because I was not receiving the emails to the old address and finally had someone check and they found my email address ended up in the Blacklist and they could not explain why.

    It is a security thing and they will not step in to assist you if you no longer can access the listed email.
