    Chat does not work, disconnection, so on all servers can be banned by ip?

    Hi BristoL-BrabazoN,

    Occasionally there have been some random IP bans on the chat servers. If the clearing of your various caches does not resolve the problem, I recommend rebooting your internet router/modem. Sometimes they cache information which needs to be cleared as well.

    If neither of those things resolve the problem, please write into support and include for them your public IP address. You can find it by searching online for What is my IP.
