[GI] Chat glitch help needed

    So when i start up dark orbit everything is fine, i launch game, and everything in game is fine expect chat, i cannot see chat for some reason and when i first launch game i see a message that says (chat.dochat.chat.authenticationFailed) If anyone knows what this is or how to fix it id really help, game hasn't been as fun ever since i haven't been able to communicate with my clan or other players

    Hello Bioform,

    If you have not already done so, please clear your various caches (including browser, java and flash) and restart your internet router/modem. While you are checking things, please be sure your browser, java and flash are all up to date. You might also try a different browser to see if that makes a difference.

    If none of these things make a difference and you still see the message regarding authentication failed, you would need to write support. They will need a little extra info from you, but hopefully would be able to resolve this problem quickly for you. Please keep in mind support has been quite busy with the recent issues in the game.

    Closing as referred to support if needed.
