    So any idea when the chat is gonna be back up? Or are we gonna get any response from the bigpoint team about this?
    We don't mind things being broken (much) but it would be nice to keep us informed rather than ignoring us.

    Hello,

    We've sent it up to let the team know, but unfortunately for the meantime it looks like chat on the GB servers (possibly Global Europe, I personally haven't tested there at this point) is down for the moment.

    For now it's a known issue & sent up so hopefully we can see it back to normal before *too* long

    Hi guys, chat appears to be working again now, many thanks for your patience whilst the team chased the gremlins out.

    We'll keep an eye on it for now in case of further issue.
