  1. My CHAT keeps saying that the Authentication has failed. Log out and back in same thing. Anyone else have this since changes took place??

There are several threads on this subject and yes they are having the issue and they are also being told to do the normal system cleaning and if that did not work then contact Support to have them look into the issue for you, however, responses from Support on issues seems to be the same as always "already reported", "being investigated", "we are working on it", and "be patient" of course none of this has addressed the issue.

    Good luck but I do know they did a Chat Update at the time of the A.S. Launch and every time they do an update some people are effected by not being able to get the changes to their computer.

    Thank you @GhostOfJupiter I have been told my constant statement of that was getting annoying.
     
  3. If you are still experiencing issues with the chat system can I ask you do the following.

    • Clear cache / dump any temp files.
    • Ensure browsers, flash, java etc are up to date.
    If you are still unable to connect to chat, resetting your router should resolve the issues.

  5. Hello, if the issue is still persisting please send an email to support, as the issue seems to be with the accounts that are affected. Support will have this fixed as soon as possible :)
