    Hello everyone,

    If you are still experiencing a chat issue, please try rebooting your internet router/modem as this will fix the problem in some cases.

    Once you have tried this, if you still have the problem where chat just doesn't connect, just send support a note with your public IP address so they can check to see if you've been affected by the random IP bans we've been experiencing lately. If you do not know your public IP address, just do a quick Google search for "What is my IP address".

    Hello.
    My chat not working for houers now. Just says connection lost. Tried reboot router, different pc, different browsers, still dosent work. My wife checked her account and same trouble!

    I had the same problem.
    If you turn off your computer and modem over night you may receive a new IP address.
    (Look up IP addresses on the net and this is one of the solutions.)
    check to see if there has been a change then contact DO with your new IP address.
