[GI] Clan Member Banned for "Pushing"

    Just a general question here. I just had one of my clan members get banned for "pushing" because they "had too good of an attitude about getting popped". Is it just me or is this the stupidist thing I have ever heard? Doesn't Bigpoint understand that MOST of the people who play the game are casual gamers? What is wrong with having a good attitude? True i can understand banning people for pushing rank. But what about players who push rank on their own company by repeatedly warring weak clans for easy kills? Isnt that more of pushing rank than having a good attitude about dying in game?

    it does not matter brother, i will pursue adjudication to the fullest extent i am able, and in the mean time i will find another game to play, hopefully they will receive sanctions for not following their own terms of service, already paid my $20, and im working on the 1st draft of my indictment (my grammers poor so its slow) upon receipt of my ban they should have pro-rated my refund and put it on my card they didnt, so thats theft, because i paid for service i can not use, since they took them back

    your terms do not matter, if their not legal then their not binding. if i have you sign a paper that says i can hit you, it does not make it legal for me to hit you lol, the fact that this is happening at all is a testament to how full of lies you all are, you really believe i was pushing? of course not, its just the only straw dan could pull on, now mess with me some more

    Good Luck with that, but at the same time I suggest you take this up with support as that is there department. My suggestion is to be "nice" when you do. Part of what they use when a ban is issued is your chat. Based upon the reason, I would say the banned player was egging it on, but it is not really my place. Good Luck in your request. The close should follow shortly. o_O

    Hello,

    Being a good sport about being destroyed, and allowing yourself to be destroyed *many* times are not even remotely the same thing.

    Anyway, it's a support issue as PSK~SUNDANCE said, so the pilot banned will need to contact them.
