[GI] Client connection problems

i have reinstalled my windows 7 just yesterday and i played DO without a flash player using chrome and then i had problem in client:
when i open the client (after the connection established success with the server ) i can control the game for 1 or 2 seconds then everything stops in the client
then i installed the flash player and opened it in Firefox . it didn't success the problem happens again ...
but sometimes when i be near a portal when the client stops i click "j" then i restart and i find my self in the other maps what i understand-ed that : i can send data to the server but i can't receive it
i have chance of 1/20 to enter normally the game but when i jump to another map or i re-establish the connection the client stops sending data again..
then i tried to clear Firefox , chrome , explorer caches but nothing happened
any other ideas ?? Please

Here are a couple of more things for you to try. If you have not yet done so, please reboot your internet router/modem. This will help clear up any issues it may cause.

Have you tried following the suggestions here as related to Flash optimization?

If none of these things help, you may try another browser. Several players have mentioned success with others such as Maxthon or WaterFox.
