    As ref in earlier post which dter closed on Uri Purchase, didn't receive extra energy for purchase
    of 330,000 as 1126 am This morning u cancheck log? did get booty keys, didn't get Herc design
    as promised and on my log is says 650 extra energy and not 500. So lets get this straight, and
    make sure u have answered all questions be fore u close!

    Hello souleater1,

    If you purchased 330,000 uiridum on the "bonus packages" you should receive "1 month Premium, 500 Extra Energy Spins, 40 Green Booty Keys, Yamato Ship, a Hercules Drone Design and a Goliath Surgeon ship" if you haven't receive it which you should I would recommend you to contact game support via ticket as they will be able to check the logs and help you out with the issue and hopefully prevent it from happening again.
