    I'm very happy that the pet salvage protocols have been finally fixed but I bought 8 of them all level 3 and in the last whole month I collected only with my pet. They were supposed to give me 48% bonus (it's 24% but with the doubler it gives 48%) but they did not work 4 weeks. From normal boxes my pet should collect 3 extra energies but in the last month it collected only 2. Same thing for event boxes. It should have collected 4 energies instead of 3. So all this wasted uri and extra energies (and UBR) will stay wasted and we all payed for protocols and a lot of us paid for double advantage pack. Can you please tell us if there are plans for a compensation?

    i have 12 salvage, and dubler on every event. im afraid to calculate how much i lose uri amo and others at this event.

    There are still other issues to be worked out, once that's settled I imagine then we might know more about any possible compensation for recent issues.
