Does this still exist? Is it still possible to *farm* x4?

 

Yes & Yes
Just be aware that it is harder in there now, with the addition of Uber Protogets, plus Prots with Slowdown rockets.

 

It worth doing, but the x4 u get from the prots isn't that good...Go for mission completion

Yeah, how does the x4 scale down? Is it affected by box doubler or pet protocols? Do the cubes spawn more prots when attacked? Is it possible to farm the cubes?

Does the x4 reduction scale by a static amount, or %? Is there any way to beat the prots so you can actually farm cubes?

Also, does the reduction ever reset? Or can you only get a fixed amount from the map ever

 

how much damage do the uber protegit do?

 

Do the prots respawn or is it a finite number? Do the cubes spawn more prots if you attack them? Is it possible to destroy all the prots?

I have yet to be able to find the cubikon graveyard let alone play it, all I get is that the portal is somewhere in 4-5, tried and tried but no avail.

 

i have been in once got ambushed straight away so this youtube vid is dead old

 

LOL - you get a reward if you are able to get in. Any more it seems to be only for those that have hours on their hands and an near endless supply of jp1's or a lot of luck in 4-5 map.... or I guess some might have questionable devices to use.

 

(coordinates 146/127) in 4-5 is the Worm Hole. Takes ya anywhere, always a good supersize

Cubikon Graveyard has only received two updates in its existence. The first was its creation, and the second was enhanced damage output to counter the now stronger players. That video is only four months old, and the graveyard has not changed in the past four or so years.

 

I have been a couple times and first time crashed and burned second time was there for hours . Can give a little hint once your in run to the closest edge and stop don't move kill whatever comes to you and wait and repair and stay there the prots will come, I was also strong enough to kill a cube and i can tell you it's not worth it to leave the edge. Cheers hope it helps and best way i found was to use home jump cpu and go from x-2 to x-1 as fast and as many times as you can just gives you a better chance to get in but be ready.

 

The 4-5 wormhole/jump co-ords, although still valid, will only apparently send you to another map other than the cube graveyard.
Like Ice said, be ready.
Last time I was able to get in there, no player ambush (in fact never saw another player in there) had about 5 minutes and got swarmed by an encircling mass of prots.

I have been in CG at least 10 times...
If you want to get in quick I suggest you use the Jump Cpu's (both upper and lower jumps). I further suggest using the wormhole too. If you mix up the jumps you will get in much quicker.
Another thing is, if you are doing the Uber quest I suggest using a powerful ship-unless you want to spend several hours using a spearhead? The last thing is, like other's have mentioned stay near the edge, however, if you are lucky enough to spawn on the edge of radiation you may only need one trip to the map!

Does anyone know if the uber prots respawn, or if it's a set amount until server reset?

 

Of course they respawn, what do you think? there would only be so many so hurry and get there? Or don't go alone there are to many for just one?
