geranium-kiss, I am sorry you are still experiencing the issue. Another suggestion I could make is trying enabling or disabling Hardware Acceleration in Flash (depending on its current setting). This may prevent use of 3D mode, but here may be an issue with Flash and your video driver causing the issue.

I wish you would read what's being said and understand that, it's DO itself, not us. If there was an issue with flash, we'd have problems watching videos, and crashes mid game. DarkOrbit's system SHOULD NOT be giving us that message when we have it turned off, DarkOrbit has to fix the message.

 

well its still happening...and i'll tell you now if i get popped because of some stupid message that D.O. cannot be bothered to fix or even look in to, well then i think that will say a lot about their customer support and this customer will have spent his last penny on it.
please close this as there is as much chance of it being sorted as there is of .. ....... ...... !

I've noticed lately their team has been caring a bit more about us, but i still see some of the team members that don't know how to do their jobs properly, especially some moderators.

 

i also have the suboptimal performance box appear in top left of screen and guess what? it always happens when im doing something important on the game like trying to survive in pvp or in the middle of prot wave in gamma lol. its really annoying and i cant stop it happening. im on usa east1.

 

hi again, i think there must be a fault with the settings tab because now i cannot turn off the background and worst still the music is on permanently. its enough to drive me crazy
