[GI] Discount on GG Spins

Hello, I am not that an old player so this might me laughable to some. I thought that we don't get % discounts in day time. I mean if there will be a discount it starts at the beginning of the day ( except for upgrade hour). So I am wasting my uri about those times because there won't be a different discount today. However last two days GG spin discount started at different time of the day and when it do my account is empty on uri. So it is a common thing ? Or where can I find the info on daily discounts if there is?

 

There have been some issues over the last week or so where the 'gate reward doubled' has been removed at odd times (midnight I think) and then reinserted at reset... I assume this is a Glitch or something as what you say was/is how it should be in order to give people the opportunity to open gates...
If the Gates back-page says discount then the spins will have some discount and if this page also clams 'certain Gate rewards doubled' then they will be..

It seems that D O is starting to treat these "Special Discounts" like MHH and running them for certain hours instead of entire day as they used to. It is not fair to players who are not able to be on all day or who built their gates just before the sale went active. They need to make announcements of changes like this allowing the community to be informed instead of being surprised by some decision that is made that affects so many players.

Yes glitches happen and they should adhere to what they advertise, Bonus Rewards advertised in News needs to be paid from gates whether gates show it or not, they have the records of who did what gate and as such they should book the bonus accordingly. When a company can not be honest with its promotions then the community loses faith in the company and leaves.
