    Why y'all support team giving me a hard time? been trying for 5 day's to get a email change and y'all support wanna give me the run around. I need somebody in higher power to contact me asap. Not bout to be spending money and can't get the support I need. Done sent all the information they request 5 times and still no help. This is ridiculous,outrageous,and Frustrating

    Hello,

    They have a process for that, and assuming all necessary information is provided then it needs to be sent to be verified before the change could take place.

    In any case, it's a support issue and there is nothing we can do to assist in changing an email address that way here in the forums.
