    Don't worry about it Schwalbe. It apparently didn't work for anyone. We're now waiting to see if there will be a credit given by DO or possibly not. If I understand correctly as explained in previous posts, it is not their issue but that of a third party who manages the codes. Inotherwards this issue is a dead one for DO.
