    I don't know if this might be the reason why we didn't get our double reward bonus, but I observe that there's a time difference of 3 hours between logbook time and server time. Can anyone check this? I play on USA(west).

    I think both usa server's us east and us west are both on same time cause i play on both east and west server's and when they have the upgrade bonus hour i have check to make sure that im getting bonus on both server's at the same time, so that i dont get ripped on the uri 4 upgrading.

    Same here. I did the Zeta gate twice and did not get the double rewards either time. Please compensate for lost rewards, including the first time rewards for the Zeta! Thanks.

    Please contact Support regarding rewards.

    Also, as stated by ApexGhost, ''Drone designs are chance based, they aren't guaranteed. '' This however, does not affect the double rewards offer.
