    The play's message is not getting in my email what should I do

    Hi JETOGO,

    I'm not entirely sure what the problem is that you are describing.

    Can i ask what you mean by "the play's message"? Do you mean the game or a clan?
    When you say "my email", do you mean your in-game mail or your actual e-mail (e.g. Outlook, Gmail etc.)?

  3. Hi everyone,
    I have problem with my e-mail adress.The problem is, when I want to change my password on the Dark Orbit everything is ok but on my e-mail adress do not coming any of confirmation message , also when i wont to change e-mail adress dont coming any messages on mail adress, can we fix this problem I need to secure my acc with new password.

    Check the spam folder in your email account, it might be in there.
     
  5. I check the ''All'' button but there dont have any messages, my email is clean i dont have any old message which can be bothered :/
