[GI] Endless connection

    Hello, I tried to enter the ultimate battle arena yesterday and the game froze after the countdown finished, I tried to log out but it stayed at zero and wouldn't log out, I ended up haaving to close the window. Now every time I try to go in it gives me an endless connection window.

    UBA, Refractions, and stuck in Gate issues are now a SUPPORT only item. The UBA and Refractions have had issues for about a year now and there were several threads that were closed as being informed that we should not attempt to enter these until we heard back from the Dev team.

    Hi,

    Try clearing your cache and your flash player and then log back into the game...sometimes this solves the problem.

    If not, then please contact Support, as stated/

    Closing as referred to Support.
