[GI] Equipping issue

    So when I go to equip a new gen or cannon I get a screen that says "Can not equip in this slot" I have tried restarting the page, logging out, and switching configs and it still will not allow me to equip new items. Any ideas on how I can fix this?

    Have you tried clearing your cookies and cache, or tried a different browser?

  3. There is a glitch in the system (from before the New Hangar) that the system sees the slots are filled. The only way around this is to DELETE BOTH CONFIGS, restart the Hangar, and then reload the ship with what you want to load. This was the only fix that Support could provide to me when I experienced this issue over 2 years ago. Any time I experience this issue this is the only way I can correct it.

    Currently I am finding I even have to re-enter the Hangar to see NEW equipment won from Auction so I can even see it to equip it, even when going into the Hangar after the Auction has been completed before entering the Hangar.
