    Hello,

    I'm trying to log on to the map, but the I seem to be stuck on the establishing connection screen for a long time, I changed the browser and erased the cache twice but still nothing

    What else can I do?

    Hello everyone. There seems to be an issue at the moment on the GB and Global Europe servers. The backpage seems OK but when going to the game page, it hangs with the Establishing Connection screen you're seeing.

    This has been reported and hopefully would be resolved soon!

    50% Xp boosters ticking away and im not able to access the map ........Hope their going to be replaced

    It's funny how the moment I get premium, doubler, hp and hon booster I can't play for 14 hours because of lag and now this :).

    same issue here... I was reluctant to get a month of premium but did so anyway because i THOUGHT this game was recovering... silly me lol

    same thing on usa east 1 can get on back page but cant establish connection to space map

    I can't access even the back page. I open the log-in page, submit my username and password but it just refreshes the page to the same log-in window without any error notice.
    US East 1 server.

    yes lag on GE is so bad i have 50% extra honor from uri and cant do gates because lag and page not loading so hope all boosters and items and 50% honor is given back as i did pay for this with real money and lots players also have

    i had the same too so thought do had rolled it back.wot i meen to say is had two waves on gamma because back page says galaxy gate weekend so completed it and no rewards.yes i can go to support but they are mowed out .time is now on gb1 server 5.17 pm 28.11.16
