[GI] European Team Cup

Goodmorning, I'm from Italy and i wanna ask you something about this tournament: why Italy isn't present in the tournament? Teams were presented (eleven, i counted them) but they were not sent... I wrote to support to protest, but they told me I had to write on forum, but on the italian one moderators are... quite absent, to be nice. I wanna have a refound for it, I feel discriminated and sad about this, we lost a great opportunity in a nice event for [removed]

While I can understand being frustrated that your language team ultimately isn't there, there is no need to insult the moderating team, even another language than EN here.

I think the goal may have been for thirteen teams (twelve listed in the OA + the TR team) based on the planning by those who arranged the event. Unfortunately that did leave out some countries representative in the Euro Cup, and those that were chosen to make up the teams needed for the tournament it could be said that was dependent on everything coming together to be represented.

We had a few days to get teams figured out. So while I can't speak for another language team, I can understand if outside factors prevented everything coming together, unfortunate as it may be.

Hopefully if more of these types of events occur in the future then we may see changes that could help improve the process all around for everyone.
