[GI] Event missions. Especially "Black Out"

    During the event I realised some of the missions are staying locked till I complete some other.
    So my question is about the most important mission of this event "Black Out" (Available from the 27th of December 2016) which gives lf4 laser. I would like to ask if I haven't completed all other event missions by the 27th of December is it "Black Out" going to be locked???
    If not that means I don't have to complete any of the other event missions because most of them are useless.... but if I have to complete them to "open" "Black Out" I will have to do it ...

    Everyone has that one mission they want and none other. I am surprised they listed all of the missions but then it has started to become a trend. If it is the start of that sets missions, you probably have to do all of them but knowing DO, you need to crank out everything leading up to it. I have one I am having issues with because of drops. Although I have at least another week before the next set starts, I find it full of irritation.

    In that case I hope there will have full days of santa Ice and Demaner because till this moment I was not able to play this quests because of time limits and lag in GE1...
