[GI] Everything suddenly stop for moving.

Okay, Hello everyone. well it's first time I make thread on forums , so sorry in advance for any mistake.
I played for about two month without any problems at all. and this started happening from week ago.
My problem is.
After I login into the game , the whole map freeze while the chat working fine.
other times. After it freeze(as nothing moving around) it be followed by a disconnect message and sometimes just freeze and stays like that until I refresh the site.
I did the following:
I reinstalled my Flash player and Java and cleaned Cache.
I tried all different browsers(Fire Fox,Chrome,Internet explorer and Microsoft Edge) all the same.
I also took the computer to expert and they said nothing wrong with that(that's what support advised me to do after making a ticket).
I also tried to open the game from three different computers and two different Internet connection(Just to prove to support the problem not in my computer or internet).
So. I have no more ideas, and still have the problem.

You have very bad lag. We all have it and end up waiting at some point. Sometimes the amount of activity in an area causes it. The current event can contribute to it as there is more code to process at one time. Try not having anything else going on with your computer at the time you play. Computer software upgrade downloads, virus protection scans, and backpage activity like auction can make game play horrible. Sometimes I have to turn my streaming music off. Just some ideas. We like to do more than just play the game and sometimes it makes things difficult. Oh, I not sure what thread it is in but if you search, the mods have posted how to ping the server you play. Posting the results will help the mods/support help you with the problem. Good Luck

 

ℙƴґ◎, Lag can be caused by a number of factors including, but not limited to: Geographic location in relation to the server, PC ability (especially with a large population server with an event going on as there will be a lot of action on the screen that the PC will have to keep up with), Background tasks/downloads, and internet connection speeds.
If your PC is working properly, it may be related to one of the reasons above.

Well , thank you both for your answers , but as I mentioned above that I tried everything different pc's different connections , literally everything , but somehow it's a bit better now as it freeze for a few secs only and after that get going once in a while that happens.
So. again thanks and you can close the thread seems like the problem is in my pc or internet after all.
