Hello, we apologize as we know it can be frustrating. The dev team is working on it. I don't have any further updates at this point. You could possibly try using a different browser to see if that helps at all.

  3. The problem is not a Browser or Memory issue. For whatever reason the system sees the slots as being FILLED when they are not and the only fix is to DELETE CONFIGS, RE-ENTER HANGAR, and then EQUIP the SHIP. This is the only FIX to an issue that has been around as long as I have had my US3 account (over 2 years) and is not related to the NEW HANGAR system. The even bigger issue is when you are having to delete configs to change ships and then have to re-enter the Hangar after having to do a computer refresh just so you can attempt to load the ship to find you still have to delete the configs to try to equip the shell of a ship.

  4. I think my problem with the hangar may be related. I did a manual count of all the havocs and hercs in my inventory which was confirmed by Tech Support, yet when I check Assembly during game play, it lists the incorrect count for havocs and shows zero hercs in order to build a Spartan drone design. Tech Support escalated my case but it's been 6 weeks when that was done and still no response. I also wonder if inventory is correctly reading the upgrade level of items correctly. Inventory seems to a hierarchy system, meaning if you have a level 16 BO2, all level 16 BO2s should be grouped together at the top of the grouped item, same for LF4s, etc. But inventory doesn't do that. Items are grouped but different level items are scattered throughout the grouped items. I wonder if anyone else has noticed this.

I've noticed the grouping problem as well since they went to the [default] system. Before , we/I could group all equipment and items according to which ship class had what items allocated to that particular class by separating each group of ships . I.E the Vengi class ships I grouped/allocated 28 lf3 : 10 7900 speed gens : 28 BO2 , along with each type of CPU. DO's problem is that from what I learned is that the amount of data that that is required to store each item , including the amount of [Seprom and Promerium] is a major issue and by establishing a [Cap] for these items is their resolution. They best leave my ammo alone as far as putting a Cap on it I have 5 fully equipped class ships and I maintain approximately 1 million seprom for lasers , 250,000 promerium for the rockets , 200,000 promerium for the 7900 speed gen mins. and another 200,000 seprom for the BO2 shielding mins. for the firepower and performance . DO is trying to scrap all the patch fixes and bugs to reduce data thus reducing bandwidth / lag issues . Heck since January the "old chat client" has dropped my IP 13 times and a new chat client is about to be released . I gave up working that idea and got my own chat client overlay and now use the Discord VoIP. I spent more time with Customer Service than actual game time since January than my previous 8 yrs of playing all-together Take an image shot of all your items so they don't come up missing and everyone has to play wheres it at for days . If they want to solve that issue assign a tracking cookie to that item so any/all upgrading is stored and have them send you the tracking# for your records. I give DO about another 6-8 months before any form of balance will unfold. After watching their Twitch this week I was not impressed with what questions were being addressed nor reply's . Heck 'they' could of just sent out a form letter. Basically , I'm not much in need of anything that DO has to offer anymore except doing gates and helping out the Noobs in my clan to become FE after that they are on their own. All I have to do is keep them entertained and wanting to play the game.

The hanger is busted anyway you look at it it takes me 1 hour to fill my ship 60 mins single item has to thing and think and think going in the game its so slow how can the main page be so slow trying to do anything makes it think for hours and hours while there are some bugs in the gameplay i prefere we fix the user interface first because its a thing that isnt going to be changed soon so its unlikely to buggout so giveing the resourse to it would be beneficial long term for such a big company the servers are dieing i remember when i played in 2009 the game ran much faster with 5k players online now se my alarm to X.01 because it takes me 3 mins to get to the auction to bid on something and when it has the MHH or the other promotions popups its borderline impossible to take 2 or more high end items 0 Camo CPU and boosters without paying crazy sums for them because the delay is so big but if there is no popups the game runs so smooth its so weird anyway maybe of the servers are merged there would 1 big server that can keep up with the game and stop lagg on the main page

  7. One of the issues with the inventory is it has always sorted the items in a First Item Purchased Format, meaning the first BO2 you received is the first one seen. The Upgrade system changes this to the Upgrade Level and if the Upgrade fails you need to make sure you know which one has been failed so you Upgrade it before anything else.

IF D O wanted to reduce the LAG they could completely remove the Visual Update (April Fools Joke 2016) which is when most of the LAG was added. You can see it is still available by going into your settings and selecting the visual option. This game was never designed to be played on Atari and making it look like it is being played on this device was just stupidity.

The biggest issue is the more STUFF you add to a system the more memory that is needed for the RAM. The servers HARDWARE needs to be upgraded to support all of the added programming as the major issue is the programs running and not the number of terminals being added to the system.
