[GI] forum mods please act quickly

just logged into forums to find general issues completely swamped with gobbledegook from these posters

I'm assuming this font is korean / indonesian.

Is it only visible to me - all posted up in quick succession.

Should we be worried?

It's not just you, it happens pretty regularly just mods are normally around to clean it up quickly.
Nothing to worry about either, I think it is a combination of bots / people constantly posting this stuff in internet forums to "game" googles search ranking so whatever the thing is they're advertising appears higher in the search rankings because it is mentioned on the internet a lot of times.

Best thing you can do is just report one of the posts. That will alerts mods the fastest I believe.

I normally report it and also put a blast to mods in global chat

I took care of these threads earlier and fortunately there have been no more since. We do try to act as fast as we can as they can clog up the forums very quickly, although there will always be a time when a moderator/admin isn't online and cannot deal with them there and then.
