[GI] Friend Invites

    I invited my friend and he was placed in the East 2 server and I received NO credit for him being invited.

    Hi there,

    Did friend of yours reach level 10 in game and double check if you and your friend are on the same server. If your friend reached the level give it a time 1-3 days if you still not received bonus, contact the customer support and explain the issue so they can help you out.

    I had him switch to the correct server but he does not show up still.

    Well he must click on the link he received on email and than register in order to get the credits.If he did that I can't tell what is the problem and I advise you to contact the support aswell in case it is a bug.

    [NWO]Ηεαятвяεακ_Οήέ, If the player has used the link to sign up, and is not showing in your list, you will have to contact Support as we do not have access to that part of the player's account. There is a link to Support in my signature.

    Closing as player has been referred to Support.
