    Backpage:
    First click the little mail envelope just below the Vouchers tab; then click on contacts.

    OR

    Client page:
    Click the ICON showing two silhouettes and a '+' sign - it is the contacts list.

    GM thor714 there is also a situation where you cannot add friends from a merged server . Here is an image shot ...
