slightly off topic but i wanted to open some gates and do them for the special reward thing and my GG spinner just wont load i dont know why , i cleared my Cache and ran Ccleaner but still isnt opening ... heard a couple of other people that had this problem

 

i hate this event.
just make all weekend gg doubler reward days.
now i cant play for whole week.

It IS a LIE because they don't notify the players that this bug is constantly occurring, yet they are aware of it, therefore the players are being given an intentionally false statement - a lie.

Ehm, what are you talking about? It shows you "receive!" design (but you don't receive it) and instead gives +10k uridium. There is no bug at all.

they did not fix it for a long time and until a week, we can call it a bug.
if its more than a month now then its not a bug, they are not fixing it on purpose as its hard to believe bigpoint employee who get paid cant fix a simple problem.
i played bigger online games and they got worse problems and yet they did better job.
its been a month i have not done my kuiper gate fearing i would lose my chance of getting uri because of this exact reason i might get similar design which i already got and few days back i got a bigger problem when i aint got double reward when doubler reward was on.
and please dont go on and say they give compensation by a doubler and premium for a week,
i am not a botter so i got no use of doubler (+ i got no luck and tractor beam even though i got 42 PP so i cant even get half the reward) and premium well, i got premium till 2017 january so it benefit me in no way as i lost on doubler x4 and my rankpoint.

hope your small brain got some info why people are complaining and stop defending them.

if that was the case then u could sue them lol but they can just turn around and say . u can only own 1 of each type of ship the gate/bootys offer you a ship you already have you will get 10k uri .. you do now get the ship so you dont recive a ship u already own

 

What difference does it make? You are being given something you are not supposed to be able to get. There is a bug that the Booty Chests are giving Designs/Ships already owned and they chose to compensate with 10K Uridium during the period of trying to fix the bugs that are affecting the game in a more serious manner. They included the G G Doubler/Special Rewards in this even though they did not have to.

YES, they are not progressing with the FIXES as fast as they should be. YES, they need to TEST the changes better than they are currently and make sure they do not cause problems in the game. But I do agree to the approach of making compensation for minor glitches while they correct larger issues, and being awarded 10K Uridium for something you should not have been awarded or for using a 1500 key is not a bad thing.

 

Not every one has the skill designs which cost 250K Uri. Compared with 10K Uri, the bug compensation is IMO too small. They require 40K Uri for even the bad designs (Saphir....). If we receive a better compensation, the amount of Uri should be dependent on the chances for Skill and "bad" designs and it shouldn't be determined "randomly".

Otherwise we should be happy with the compensation, you can purchase all designs in auction ( XCredits= 0 Uri?).

Most of these ships cannot be had in auction, but can be crafted after collecting the required items when active.

 

The whole thing is YOU already OWN them when you get the compensation otherwise you get the design awarded.

The 200 K is from the actual Kuiper Gate designs not the Special Reward designs. The Kuiper Gate are also a CHANCE reward whereas the Special Reward is an automatic and as the only way I have seen them available is with CASH purchase would say they have NO Uridium Value.

 

Above is correct regarding event vs. non event - they are two different things/activities. OP did it during the event. I am doing the GG event this time in Epsilon so maybe you(OP) - (I) will get better results. GL

This is a bug, and contrary to what was suggested above, we did list this to the community over a month ago when we had the known issues list going. It's in the second spoiler box as the last 'known issues' list we got when things were in a worse state is what I left visible.

So again, it's a bug, it's been reported and confirmed so the dev team are aware. All we can do now is wait for it to be fixed.
