[GI] game error when buying please help

    when I bought a formation I clicked to buy it once and now I have 8 altogether. so somehow I get 7 identical drone formations and it took the credits from my account . what is up with this? isn't this why there is a pop up asking are you sure you would like to buy the said item, buy or cancel. im really not that upset over credits but wow. I would not want this to happen to my uri id be upset. if I can get this fixed this would be great

    You will need to send a ticket to support to get it corrected. They MIGHT be nice and credit back the extra purchases. I have heard of such things happening before.

    Take a screenshot of the logbook showing the purchases all in a row and make sure that you let them know there was no "CONFIRMATION MESSAGE" for the purchase and you may be lucky.

    Yeah, something is not right. Normally, you will not be allowed to purchase a formation more than once. Go straight to support, do not pass the space port, and do not collect 200 uridium.
