[GI] GAME PROBLEM!

  1. Hi...I cant see my ship or aliens or anything in gate! This isnt first time when it happens but i never recorded it because it didnt happend in gate .. mostly in 5-3 ..Why is this happening ? Can you fix it ? I already lost 2 lifes in gate because of that so 1 more life and im losing my gate , i cant complete the gate now , so rip special designs . http://prntscr.com/btyjj0 http://prntscr.com/btyjo5

I had one time when I lost connection just as a wave of NPC were spawned and these were never seen but I was taking damage from them, I kamikazed them and it ended the damage received and released me to go to the next wave. The 5-x maps damage is a glitch from the Barracuda Kamikaze that is not exploding properly and is leaving a mine behind for you to hit later, there have been several reports of this issue but the team have been unable to replicate it frequently enough to find the exact cause of it, some have found the Pet Kami to clear it while others have found a re-log to clear it up.

    If you lose your gate you can request ONE courtesy reset every 30 days and this sounds like an issue that might get a reset for you.

    redkap_king1, Can you try clearing your browser and flash cache? This sounds like the textures for the ship are not loading or are believed to be already loaded causing the ship to not be visible. As stated above, if you happen to lose tour gate, you may get a reset by contacting Support as soon as possible.
    Here are the guidelines for a gate reset.
    • EN Servers Only
    • 1 Gate Reset per month ( 30 day period of time -no exceptions)
    • No Frame Rate required

    • All gate issues must be posted within 1 hour to 48 hours of the issue event. Anything past to 48 hours that is not posted will not be an accepted issue.
