[GI] Game server restarts

At 15-16:00 May 8 the game server restarted 2 times in a row whit a short delay while i was trying to complete alpha gate after i got all the parts for it 4 days ago. I already lost a life 2 days ago while i was trying to finish the kristallins wave and to day while the game restarted i almost completed the sibelonit waves but when the server restarted i couldnt properly logout cuz i was in the GG and my ship while i was "logout" got destroyed by sibelonits and i lost a life and i had to restart the waves again (a really big pain in the ass). And after i was able to login I started again the waves, while in the midle of the wave i saw a notification who sad -Game server restarts in 5 min- i was thinking that my logbook was a bit slower then the actual timer before the game server restarted cuz the countdown usually take 15/12 mins so i got back to finish the waves. But the countdown continued from 5 to 4,3,2 mins, i started to destroy the sibelonits as quick as possible but the server restarted and "logout" my and again i got my ship destroyed and lost my last life. I hope an admin will see my report cuz i want my energy back! (2000units)

 

Write a ticket to them and request gate back, they don't give energy but you can get gate back if you lose gate couse of server problem.

On home page got help button ( ? ) is symbol, there click on support and write ticket.

You will not get your galaxy gate energies back because you lost a gate; galaxy gate energies award much more than just gate parts, particularly with multipliers added.

You can contact support and request a gate reset for the gate, and if you are eligible for one they will reset it for you.
