[GI] GB1 Play area Log on Issues

    Having problems logging onto the GB1 play area.
    It suddenly stopped and not been able to play for 4 days now. Support are looking at it but thought other users might have some ideas.
    Can log onto gb2, europe with no issues.

    This is what has been tried.

    - 4 different PC's & Laptops
    - 3 Different places (meaning the external IP has changed)
    - Cleared cache
    - 3 different browers (Reset each browser as well)

    Any thoughts?

    Got no reason to be banned so thats doesn't make any sense. Plus account works fine and plays fine on all other servers. But thanks for your thoughts.

    Same problem here with FireFox/CyberFox, gets to the end of the LOADING graphic then stops but Chrome lets me on the game page eventually although it takes some time, so it's not just you $Mxmaj999$

    $Mxmaj999$, At what point is the game not working for you? Are you able to get to the backpage? Does the game screen start to load?

    Hi -Raijin-

    Using firefox & IE and I get the play area loading screen but never gets to be able to press start.
    It appears to load right up to the point where it should turn to start.

    PS: Support have comfirmed that my account is fine.

    Paladin,

    Interesting observation I've never let it sit there that long maybe no longer than 3-5 minutes and I haven't tried chrome. I'll give that a go and see.

  7. If he got banned support would have said that, besides them saying it, the log in page tells you you're banned.

    Good feedback. ÐΣМΦИ. I didn't know how someone would know whether they've been banned. And I'm certainly not getting any message. Support have confirmed that my account is fine.

    Hi Paladin, Tried chrome left it for 30 minutes plus. Sadly no success.

    To everybody. It's working. Reason unknown. I can now log in on 4 different browsers.

    Waiting for supports comments. If there's anything useful I'll post it here.

  9. Just curious, what exactly is the issue, does it give a white page? Just doesn't log in? does the address show and error?

    The original error was it loaded the gb1 screen but the start button never appeared which meant I could not log on.
    This problem was across all common browsers and several different PC's & laptops.

    Then late yesterday it started working. No message from support as to why at this stage.

  12. There have been a lot of people with this issue, but as far as i know it has been resolved.
