[GI] GE5 Problem

Hello, This is YokkaCJ from Global Europe 5.

new player dilemma or problem - TOO MANY CHEAT USERS / BOT USERS in 3-2 , 3-3 and 3-4 maps. with enemy threat in hand , a starting player cannot even do quests. why? the maps are overrun by bot users with an impossible accuracy and rate of clicking and destroying NPCs. I saw that there are announcement regarding bans but I cannot help but to think that people are not doing their jobs well or they are just lying telling players they ban people just to soothe them . I mean it is easy checking maps to hunt for suspicious behaviour. a few minutes of roaming around and you can easily tell the legit players compared to bot users.


so far i dont have much of a problem due to reading guides and checking youtube for tips and tricks. but for an average player starting out, this bot users 9.5/10 will drive the players away.
i have a background on game support and i do have banned players before so i dont really think that it is that hard to check the game and boot out those cheat users.

it is also a bane in business so why are they still on the game.
seriously it is getting annoying.

I cannot help but to think dark orbit is a dying game now as i saw in youtube with this title (DaDG - dark orbit a dying game)
server merges and cheat users ? it is a sign.

I saw a comment here that scripts are used to detect the cheats.
It is and never will be a GOOD way to hunt cheats.
manual hunt of "supports" + script usage is the best way to tackle this.
please do not rely on it. i mean you can just go to some site , buy a coding tutorial and with effort you can always make a bot that can bypass the script.

Even if you send a request to Bigpoint they don't want to answer.
