    How does one obtain the green Goliath, I believe has an extra generator.

    The Surgeon Design was given out to the top players in the Parasite Tide event. It was then put on sale about 2 months back for about 300k Uridium. It was also included in the last payment bonus event when you bought 330,000 Uridium.

    It's unknown whether or not it will return.
