    I CAN NOT SEE THE ITEMS ON MY INVENTORY WHEN IT WAS MINIMIZED FOR PLACING MY ITEMS ON NEW SHIP.

    make sure you deleted both config s of the old ship then relog check the new in equipment

    Welcome WITCHPAYNE,

    First of all, please don't use CAPS again. Reason behind you not seeing your item can be that item is equipped on other ship, make sure you took it off from both configurations.

    I am having same problem and after support telling me the canned response (clean cache, blah blah blah) they told me they are moving it up the chain. Therefore must be another KNOWN glitch.................

    For me sometimes randomly happens that when I quick equip (use shortcuts), the items go into the ship, but it doesn't show it. The slots are empty and the lasers and stuff is still in the hangar, but you can't equip them, because they're already in the ship.

    Some items icon also randomly gets missing, but these both are easily sorted by re-entering to the equipments.
