[GI] Hanger is a joke

I don't know if it's just me but every time i go into the hanger to change equipment or to set up another ship takes hours. I started today by trying to set up a different goli and i go to the hanger everything works fine until i click a different ship then i wait and wait and wait but nothing happens? o wait something does happen " my shockwave keeps crashing" so again click hanger but guess what nothing happens i wait but shockwave crashes then it's not then it is then it's not' So again i restart click hanger things are good then i click the ship i want and guess what game lag can't scroll my equipment. I have been here for 1 hour already and haven't put any equipment on the ship i want to change. This has been going on for months, tell me please someone what good is all these ships and equipment if we can't use them.

DO says their fixing things but i don't see it, during event's like double gg i can't play too much lag, can't set up ships too much lag in hanger. Meanwhile sounds like others play with np at all. I don't understand how i know many players are having the same problems as me, I also know others are not having problems at all? How is it that some are not having any problems and some are having all the problems. And before we get stupid answers yes i cleared my cache and yes i have tried different browsers and yes everything is up to date and yes my computer and internet are far more than i need to run DO?

Is it just the game? If it is and there are no other suggestions to try i guess my only other option is to quit the game cause i put a lot of money into the game cause before it was great but now i try to get help from support with options that don't help others say their having the same problems. When i buy boosters but DO is not playable i send support a ticket and ask for compensation and get basically " we don't give personal compensation only compensation for all" problem is all are not having this problem and it's so annoying thinking you can play with your in game freinds but when you log in all you get is frustration.

As far as i'm concerned if all these event's are some sort of compensation for the game not working right you can keep it cause it's not playable. Seems though that for some their mouse clickers there game their cheats all are working fine. Can someone tell me why?

I have seen the problems you are talking about but not as often as you seem to be.

First, are you using a WiFi or Wired connection? Try using a Wired Connection to fix the problem.

Second, there are many issues with Flash Player and as such many conflicts within browsers and systems using them. I would suggest taking a break and seeing what the MERGE brings forward as there is talk of an executable download coming that might rid all of the flash problems.

Yes i am direct wired, thanks for the input i will keep trying to find out what the problem is i still have a little hope that DO's server merge will be for the better but only time will tell.

 

There is a Browser specialist, (@ŁÁĞÏ™). He has posted several times trying to resolve many of these browser based issues. You might check some of their posts to see it they can help you, they always tell people to give more information so they can assist them better.
