[GI] have no special cold wave missions showing or skoll gate

    hey I have no special cold wave missions showing or access to the skoll gate can you tell me how I can get them

    the skoll gate comes on dark orbits birthday.

    Cold wave missions are in event missions and skoll gate is not available till the 11th and will be open on x-4maps
