[GI] Have the bonus packs been booked?

  4. i believe the OP is referring to last friday 10/28/2016. players who purchased uridium were to also receive a corresponding free gift pack along with it. on the above date, the free gift(s) were not booked. they were to be booked this week. im not sure if they have been. I'm also waiting to receive.
     
  5. Yes, I was referring to the bonus pack event on 10/28/16. As of today I still haven't received mine do anyone have any idea how much longer the wait will be?? Thanks for the responses

    We're still trying to get an update :/ Some got sorted out and some didn't for some reason, and those are the ones we're trying to chase up

    Sorry we don't really have anything new on it

  9. Join the club Bro I have been waiting since October 29th. They have our money so why worry. They have even had the audacity to put them up again.
    What next buy again and not receive???

  11. Okay I understand they failed to book the BONUS for the purchase. You informed SUPPORT they chose not to deal with it. You got what you purchased use it buy it again and get on with your game play. It is not like you only bought Uridium this one time. As this is a SUPPORT issue I do not understand why this has been allowed to stay open so long. You created the Support Ticket to get this booked so stick with SUPPORT, they have the information you need or can get it faster than the mods can so if you have not heard back from Support then ask them again.

    Hello,

    I want to be clear on this: SUPPORT did not "decide" to do "nothing" about the bonuses not being all booked up from last month.

    Support has to go through people to verify purchases - so that is something they cannot just do themselves.
    Support has to go through the game team, who acknowledged there was a problem with the bonuses booking, and then told us and support that they were getting this squared up for those who didn't get the bonuses.
    Support notified the team that not everyone seemed to get the bonuses when this happened, and together we have passed on information and bumped the issue to try and get it dealt with, or get information.

    There are tons of things that happen, which quite frankly you have no idea about whilst assuming & telling people otherwise as if it were fact. Quite frankly it's unfair to the people who are trying to get these bonuses booked for people. You may not have the fondest regard for support, but that does not mean they are not actively trying to help where they can just because you don't have all the inside info.

    So again: together we are still trying to press the team for answers, and hopefully a resolution.

  14. Hello, I understand about processes/procedures I just wanted to know if there is or will be a discussion of some kind about compensation to those of us that are waiting on our bonus packs since 10/28/16 to be booked?

    You're welcome& Thanks:) unfortunately it seems not everyone understands that support are part of a system, and they have to answer to people too.

    I will ask with my next bump if anything more will come additionally due to the wait, but we'll see i suppose

  16. You took my response the wrong way. I stated that since this is an issue for Support they need to continue with them. I know the Mods are the last (the players actually are the last ones to know) to get most of the information and since you are not PAID to do this it is best to get the information from those who do.

    I just do not understand what the fuss is, most of the people who bought the Uridium would have bought it whether the Bonus was offered or not and since the offer has repeated a couple times since, the people could have got the bonus from one of those instead and then get the additional booking when they are able to get it all sorted out.

    Yes I am frustrated about all of the issues that seem to be unanswered and not being corrected, and the fixes that are reported to be implemented don't seem to fix the problems either, but then this is not anything to do with Support or the Forum Mods it is just poor planning of the Dev Team and poor progression of a once fun and enjoyable game.
