    @HelpMeHelpYou; ultimately it comes down to the bonus was advertised and those buying on it would expect the bonus. I may have taken your response the wrong way, but there are many who are frustrated on both sides - saying things that suggest that support or anyone is just not bothering to deal with these things does not help anyone.

    @NOTHIN2LOSE; mostly we can just update as we know more, in the meantime we're not able to offer much new in the way of information :/ I am hoping we'll hear back soon though..

    but at least for now, will close at the OPs request. If we get an update or anything we can update or reopen here
