    If you get stuck in a map/gate* you need to contact support, as TL-Solid_Eye has stated in this following post they don't(/can't) resolve it over the forum anymore. (unless that has changed, but there has been no announcement of sorts and that thread is still closed)


    *By map also referring to Cross-Server Zone/UBA etc.

    Just in case don't already know can contact support via this or from the backpage when logged in. (via logged in way you don't need to enter your User ID or Username and it also auto fills the E-mail box with the one associated with your account)

    i will leave game if i don't play today its realy bad i got banned and lose my rank in domination event and lose my dron lvl11 and now cant join game

    I'm sorry you are experiencing this but yes, as mentioned above by Kyro, we need you to contact support so they can try seeing if they are able to get you unstuck. Unfortunately there is nothing more we can do here in the forum with this.
