[GI] Help players on gb1

Hey Darkorbit What is with COMPENSATION u say and then noting and one more thing there are loads of players on my server that say that they lose some of desigins and one player lose surgeon and he say that to support and they say that he will soon be available to buy new one in shop just awwwwwwwww what are u doing to players!! Btw i dont lose any of desigins but i am doing this for gb1 players

 

Players need to, with any update done by D O;

• Clear Browser History
• Delete Flash Cache
• Delete Java Cache
• Reset Modem/Router
• Restart Computer

These need to be done to remove all remnants of old programming that may be in conflict with the NEW stuff. As far as the Surgeon being lost that person needs to start a Thread (of their own) addressing either @KrisKelvin or @RickDekard and see what they have to say I would also include the response from Support as this is not right. We should not be required to BUY something we already have again because of this update.

 

I feel your pain. I previously had 3 hangers with the CAS in them on GB1 and DE1 with both designs of each. Now they are all considered ships and I don't have the basic versions anymore. I also have goli and vengi designs that I never owned.

I am nervous about my main in US2. I have all the CAS, with designs, goli and vengi with all designs except for surgeon, defcon and yamata, etc... My 10 hangers are already full. From looking at GB1, DO is not giving us the uri to purchase what they take away. While I may not need the basic ships anymore that I have designs for, I do want to keep all designs I worked hard for.

Going to go look for the feedback thread for this. I can already tell I have a lot of typing coming up. I see no feedback thread for this. Ready to boil already.

 

I just made an inventory of EVERYTHING I have in my Hanger and equipment so if I lose anything or do not get the compensation for the stolen extra ships I will have a record of it. Will not settle with the response I have already seen posted from SUPPORT that we will have to BUY the item AGAIN.
