[GI] Help

    I wrote before a couple of days about this problem.
    The uridium reward from npc drops down when I play. Actually It starts to drop down after about 15-20 minutes of constant farming (blighted cristalons and gigerthrals).... I dont know how the system works for botters and normal players but its not normal to lose the reward in such a short run !
    I asked the support to check my account and give me a solution of this problem. They told me that they dont know how the new system works. They said I shouldnt have such an issue If I am not using an illegal programs.
    The problem is that I have NEVER used bot programs or ANY other programs on my account.
    It seems the support can not help me.... and if they cant ...who can???
    pls give me an advice what should I do.

    hey SeeK_nDestroY if the support already gave you an answer and dont know the new system .. then i also cant give you a propper answer also .. i am really Sorry about that

    have you tried record it and send it in again to support ?? It's worth the try?
