Feedback [GI] How to calculate laser damage

I am wanting a second opinion,I contacted support on this - I just wanted to get an average laser damage amount on my havoc side,if possible using x-1's.Based on the laser chart : with seprom;no boost,with fully upgraded drones/havocs level 6 with fully upgraded lf4's. On the ship side there are 4 fully upgraded lf4's and 3 level 6 lf4's with 8 fully upgraded lf3's; based on the drone formation that offers no bonus my hitpoints are under 14k with the heart formation 12-13.6,according to the chart there is a "no pilot skills"my ppts are over 40,... "ship design bonus"diminisher... and hunting skills maxed" have all bounty hunting skills .. I only added the 5% ship design bonus this is the average damage for that side.

When using the no boost,pilot skills,hunting skills maxed and the 5% ship design bonus side,I got between 15-17k.
support said that none of these things matter only the upgrades and use of boosters.I just want to know is support correct?

This is very confusing and hard to understand. If you are looking for your average x1 damage with those lasers on your havoc side, put on all the lasers you want then turn off rockets, and pet. Then shoot a BK with your x1's while stopping to write down the damage done. Do that ten times, add up the laser damage, and then divide that total by 10 and you will get your average damage. Trying to do the math out is pointless.

 

I was trying to figure out the same thing just recently. The numbers that pop up are always different . I just look at what is coming up and try to average out on the fly. I will take a BK , for example , down to a corner and when it just me and it I will initiate an attack using whatever a configuration or combination I want to examine.

 

Thank you.That is the problem just before the last upgrade of lf4 laser to 16 I was hitting 15-16.6k I am seeing a decline in damage!
