something I have noticed is that the short video to earn 100 Uri is not running atm... I hadn't noticed the reset of the daily login bonus but that will rebuild over the coming days so I wouldn't worry too much about it....

the log in bonus would be tied to the local server time, not necessarily your local time. Just because it is after midnight where you are does not mean it is for the server. Additionally, if you are already logged in before midnight, and remain so through/after midnight, it doesn't count as being necessarily "logged in" for the day. You would need a separate login after midnight to maintain the daily login bonus.

In either case we nor support can do anything to adjust your login bonus. The only way to get it back to day 5/5+ is just keep logging in again.

Just to add to Solid Eye's post, Your daily bonus resets after 5th day

 

It stays at 5(+) bonus if you continue logging in consecutively, it doesn't reset back to the day 1 bonus unless you miss a login.

Its garbage. It has now happened to 3 of my servers I play, and only my prem US2 account plays the videos.

 

It was explained to me that the Login Bonus automatically resets after a period of time (was stated 30 days) and there is nothing than can be done about it. I have seen it happen as often as every week or not for years. Yes we all want the log disks from the 5th day login but it does not take that long to get back to that point. My first accounts would see this happen about every 6 weeks and would not happen to all at the same time, there was never any rhyme or reason for the occurrence, just something to be expected when it happened.

There has been some suggestions to revamp this bonus to make it more attractive to login and PLAY the game but these have fallen on deaf ears or deleted before they could get any support.

 

I've never had the login bonus reset with 30 days. No idea where you were told that but I don't think that's officially something that just happens.

As for revamping the login bonus, it hasn't fallen on deaf ears. I'm pretty sure it's come up in twitch or something months ago. In any case, there's other things that are a bit higher priority (like fixing bugs we've been dealing with) so do not count it out yet. It may not be happening now but I wouldn't rule it out for the future.

The good thing is it is not like you don't get anything. However, its odd that this has suddenly become an issue. Its one thing about the game that should not have had any changes. I understand there are priorities when it comes to work, or fixing things but it should not really be hard to reset this one thing. Then again, this game is old. A lot of the parts, like this was written in years ago. Who on the team has actually been here since BigPoint acquired it?

 

Every now & again there's a potentially odd hiccup somewhere with the daily logins I think (namely as I can't verify every case ever so^^), so it's a bit hard to say it's suddenly an issue as could just be an incidental re-occurrence now and again, or just something was missed with logging in.

Can't really speak to just how man/who has been on the dev team for DO the longest or since the beginning as we don't quite have a roster.

*Buuuut* we really ought to stick to the topic raised by the OP, and to that end, is there anything further from the op? We'll keep an eye out to see if there's more issues with the login bonus resetting but there's not really any changing what bonus you're on now etc.

We have 3 things now which could be related... Daily loggin bonus, daily bonus 100Uri from watching a 'short' video and the backpage kicking us out after a short period of time which is a recent occurrence too.... maybe this will help in the search for cause...

What server are you signing into and are you logging in at the same time every day? I encountered this issue years ago (2010-11) and found from SUPPORT that it was programmed to reset every 30 days but it was not actually working on every account but was the excuse we were told when it happened then, and if it was sooner then it was just a glitch that we had to live with. If you are playing on a different Time Zone server and not logging in at the same time every day you could be missing the 24 hour clock for the server, this could be verified by looking at the back page logbook (located in "Pilot License" window of home page) and seeing the login records at times applied.

I have not had one of the login videos for over 2 weeks now, even though I had them everyday since I created my US3 account back in June 2015. I am finding I have been logged out of the back page when I am on the forums now when it is required to be logged in to access them. Since I am only playing for a maximum of 30 minutes at a time I have not run into an issue with the log out of back page while playing but do find that I lose connection if I am working in Auction, Shop or Hangar while in the client.

 

The log in bonus isn't set to just reset after thirty days. Whatever was that apparently being said then, I am more than confident to say that hasn't been the case for years now.

Anyway, DJBrightxx, looking at your logs it looks as I suspected - you are logged in before midnight server time and continuing to play after midnight but not necessarily logging in to your account on the new day. Thus you are losing your log in bonus because you are not actually logging in again, you are just continuing an earlier login. This is why your login bonus is resetting.
