[GI] I can't acces my main account.

Hey, I play on East Coast 3 too, I play through bigpoint, in the last 6 days I couldn't play because everytime I logged into my bigpoint account it said this "
You don't have any games in your account yet.

Can someone help me with this? I dont want to lose my ship, I messaged support but they didn't answer me yet.

 

According to Support, there is a problem with the portal. Fixing it, however does not seem like a major priority but please send us mo money... I have been unable to log in, support recommended I try the online pw reset, it didn't word. I tried again a few times, nothing. I tried several other combinations, wound up starting an entirely new account which was the only thing I could get from the system. Something is blocking/altering/changing/not reading the portal redirect to the proper account and support claims all is well, hmmmm. reminds me of a scene from Animal House... "All is well..."
They just don't understand or sympathize with the withdrawal symptoms from not getting our daily gaming "fix".
I know there is a problem, that its effecting multiple people, and they are trying to fix it, that said, all we can do now is wait, but don't hold your breath waiting, because like anything else BP does, it may be a long time.
