[GI] I can't change my Goliath designs ?!?!

I did start this game 2 days ago. I played this game much. Today, I bought a goliath design(skin) but I didin't find the skins on my account. Can someone help please ?

Where's the design changing button ?

Here is a link to the FAQ which should assist you in locating your design. Keep in mind you do need the base Goliath ship to use the design, and the Goliath is one of the base ships some people were missing after the recent ship customization / hangar update. If you had a base Goliath, keep an eye on Official Announcements and Tech Announcements to see if there are any updates to the known issues threads there, which list missing base ships as a known issue to be resolved soon.

There is the problem. I don't have a button like " frosbite " or " sapphire "..

Where is the design button ?!?

 

Take a look in the list of ships. If your Goliath has a circle under it like this one, then you do not have the base Goliath ship.

If your Goliath has a check mark under it, then click on it and you should see the design dropdown then.

 

Thanks, I found it. It means, if you bought a skinned goliath, you can't change design. You need a vanilla/normal/base goliath

 

That is correct, you do need the base ship to use the designs/skins which are cosmetic only. You're welcome, glad you were able to locate the design you were looking for.
