[GI] i cant login my account

i havent played do for awhile, when i tried login, it keeps saying "https://test5.darkorbit.com is requesting your username and password. The site says: “ht_darkorbit_admin”" i dont know username and password to enter. any help?

 

What server did you previously play on? There have been several server merges recently completed. You should be able to login here https://www.darkorbit.com/ and then select your server.

If you need help selecting your server, then please let me know.

Also, please note that in some instances you may need to contact Support to have your account reactivated. If this is the case, then please let me know as well.

Sounds like the last time you were on the account you were on a merger test site and failed to return to your normal server, this requires a ticket to SUPPORT to redirect your account to the proper server.

As far as the username and password check your browser security/passwords and you should have this information there, assuming you were using automatic login.

 

Last time i played on Global America, and i cant select server and login. i have to login then select server which it wont let me. it keeps asking that what it says above.

Where do i can find my browser security/passwords information?

 

Depending on which browser you are using you need to get into the "options" or "settings" and then you should be able to find you passwords.

 

ive struggled everything to find and i couldnt find it. i dont understand why it appears.
