[GI] I lost my uridium! Please help!

    Today I logged on, and I had lost all my uridium! I looked in the balance area and it said "system refund". It took 30,000 uridium and left me with nothing! I'm not as mad at that as I am with not getting my money back. I looked on my purchases and it said I bought the $10 pack, but it had no sign of a refund! What happened?

    I also had the same message and my uridium is gone also but i already sent in a ticket to support.

    There was an issue with the payment system last week that paid out too much Uridium in some cases. This Uridium has been recovered from affected accounts. No accounts will be left with a negative amount of Uridium however.

    In my case i watched my uridium and i bought 30k uri on happy hour and got 60k uri i didn't get paid to much uridium, So i hope support can show me where it says it paid me too much. this is what i bought
    • 18.01. 19:26 Credit for Happy Hour event + 33,000 U.
    • 18.01. 19:26 Banking + 33,000 U. So are you saying i got 90k even though my logs say only 60?
