[GI] Ice Rockets don't have a 100% hit chance...

... and yet in Astreas FAQ post it says;

My rockets keep missing.

 

are u sure I mean ive had a few times where it failed but that was odd times I think it is 100% its just bugged at somepoints.

 

If it's bugged it's not 100% mate.

 

i only have this problem with certin people they never effected by DCR or ice rockets

 

I think it's Skill Tree,18% for both evasive so probably it's 82% hit chance when opponent have all evasive skill.

 

Could be possible, though I thought it only counted for lasers? Anyway, I have fired over 25 rockets now and not missed a single shot... I really don't know what is going on because a friend of still misses his shots, even with the 100% rocket tech active :S

 

I'm not sure if evasive maneuvers affect rockets as well, I can confirm that those rockets indeed do miss since it's happened to me too, though

 

On description skill say: "Reduces the probability of an enemy hit by..." so it could be anything from enemy hitting you.Could be, i don't know for sure,my ICE mostly miss on UFE.

Even WIZ is miss too it happen to me sometimes but yeah it's not a big deal only for fun.

yup my ice rockets also miss some times, had no idea they where suppose to hit 100% every time... i thought it is normal for ice rockets to miss.
DCR's also miss.

 

At the beginning all my rockets hit, but now more and more start to miss, sucks preaty bad because now the outcome of a fight really depends on a chance.

 

Use a tech item in addition...hehehe Satisfaction guaranteed

 

Even with tech it miss soemtimes, i think its just cuz of evasive manouvers ? Not so sure

 

If it misses even with the tech on then this shows a major problem with the ice rocket itself (as tech guarantees 100% hit chance & it works fine with all other rockets) and not just cause of evasive maneuvers...

Too bad if this issue is still not fixed as the cost of those ice rockets were pretty high with the description of 100% hit.

I think rockets like this and DCR which cost more and have no damage should have 100% hit chances (without tech).

It's happening everywhere. So no need to say which server. It's a global problem, so just wait like 6 months and it will be repaired

 

I would say the hit accuracy is 80% at most.

 

What about Evasive maneuvers skills ? If player have them added to the profile do the rockets still have 100% accuracy ?
