[GI] Incentive Videos - Skylab - not working

In the Sky Lab; to skip time on certain modules or transport by 45 minutes is to watch a video. Unfortunately, the video doesn't work. Usually, it ends up with a message saying "Video not available" or a black screen telling you to click on the video to play. The video time is 0 and there is no video appearing. Clicking on the play button doesn't work too.

I have submitted a ticket, I didn't get a response in six days, I'm sorry for any nuisance to the support team.

I'm running Google Chrome with only the Kaspersky Security extension, I even disabled it to test if it was the extension blocking the ads but; it was not. I know there is some topics about this issue but, the problem still persists. I would greatly appreciate some help on this issue.

 

As I have been told they are working on this and I have reported several different ads that are not working, mainly the ones "Powered By SuperSonic" but then there is an "OXY", a "Straight Talk Wireless", a 'Wharton Advertising", an ad for "Dubai" that is not a video and pays some of the time but not always. Most of these have errors in them as they are trying to load insecure aspects to a secure site. I have tried 4 different browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Maxton, and Windows 7 IE and all of them give me the same result, except IE as it does not allow us to "Inspect" the video.

If you want to get results you need to "right Click" the video box select "Inspect", find the line with http://billing.bigpoint.com/?req= and "right Click" it and then select "edit as HTML" cut and paste it either in a ticket to support or in this thread, and if there are errors (seen in top right of inspect screen red and yellow followed by quantity of each and posted to bottom of page) you need to cut and paste them also to the same posting (you may need to use notepad to get all of them). I had to create a private message in Chat to get the actual line needed to send to the team to get the video reported.

U should make sure your ad blocker is off that messes up with the process but is normal for some videos to stop working its there server thats all.

We have recently sent up a host of information regarding the videos so that it could be forwarded to those who can possibly look into and do something more with it.

Some of the general info we have gotten back in the meantime while the info was forwarded to the appropriate team is just that the videos/their players are embedded from external sources. There are several providers, not all of them may have videos available to play. In the end, if all goes well and a video was watched then information gets sent back which results in the extra energy, or skylab transfer time reduction, etc, going through.

For now we need to let those responsible for all this have a look through the information provided and try to see if anything more can be done. There really isn't much more we or support can do about this, because at the end of the day there is relying on the marketers too for all this.
